To create a manual video recording with an Arlo camera:
- Launch the Arlo Secure App.
- Tap the Play icon.
- Tap the Record icon.
Note: If the Record icon has disappeared from the screen, tap the screen to make it reappear.
- Tap the screen and tap the Stop icon to end the recording.
- Tap Library.
Your Manual recording will be displayed in the Library.
Try the following troubleshooting steps if you are unable to manually record a livestream:
- Ensure that your have an active livestream first before recording.
- You must have Arlo Secure cloud recording to manually record.
- If you do not have Arlo Secure cloud recording, the option to record will not be available.

- Disable 2K/4K local livestream prior to recording.
